Brittani Peedin is a Director based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa office, specializing in Landlord Representation for Medical Office Buildings.

Ms. Peedin brings passion for the industry and valuable experience in commercial real estate, primarily in landlord representation, from several major brokerage firms. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2018, she had sole responsibility for leasing 40 Medical Office Buildings totaling over 900,000 square feet of space across three states.

Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Ms. Peedin moved to Tampa in 2017. She is licensed to practice commercial real estate in Florida, North Carolina and Georgia.

EDUCATION: Bachelor if Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business - East Carolina University
